ORLA CRC 2018 End of the Year Procedures
Returning Families please make an appointment with Cassy in the CRC in order to check out materials for the summer or the following 2018-2019 school year.  Items will be inventoried at this time. The entire month of May is set aside for these appointments & appointment sheet is located in the CRC on the front counter.

Last day to check materials out is April 30th. You can have each student’s account list printed in the CRC.
Bring in all materials you have checked out to the appointment.  Due the high number of appointments needed, if you do not have all the materials, your appointment will be rescheduled. If there is a discrepancy in your account and have discussed it with Cassy, it will be taken care of at your appointment.

After all materials have been inventoried and your account is cleared, the summer materials will be checked back out to you at your appointment.

If you are not returning or do not need to meet with Cassy, materials are due back by June 4th. The CRC will re-open when inventory is completed. NO June appointments will be scheduled… NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you have any questions, please see Cassy in the CRC, or contact Cassy at 596-7755 or cgilbertson@osd.wednet.edu

PTA

The end of a very successful PTA year approaches!

For those who could not be present at our Annual Meeting last week, your PTA approved a new, larger budget for 2018-19 thanks to all of your help this year volunteering for events, raising more money this year, and saving money due to extra help at key events. Heading into next year, we're excited to offer new classroom allocations for teacher expenses, new after-school enrichment opportunities, the second annual after-school theater program, Teacher Appreciation Week funding, new Parents Night Out events, assimilation of the Lego Club, and more. The vote to elect new Board officers resulted in a complete and enthusiastic board ready to bring fresh ideas to further coalesce our unique and vibrant learning community.
