• OPENING NIGHT!! ORLA students are excited to present the musical Bye Bye Birdie. They've been preparing for weeks and it's sure to be a great show - join us!! Admission is free, but cash or online donations are super helpful.

•  Grab a pizza from MOD on May 26 to raise some dough that will support ORLA Seniors! Order through the website with code MODGIVES20, or take a copy of the flyer to the Lacey location. 20% of your bill will be donated to the Senior Class at ORLA! (Flyer attached to bottom of this newsletter!)

• Pioneer Farm Field Trip Rescheduled Due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts, the hConnect and ORLA Online Pioneer Farm field trip originally planned for this spring has been rescheduled to next fall. We appreciate everyone’s flexibility and look forward to offering this experience to ORLA families later this year.

• Ice Cream Party at Humble Cow May 11, 5:00-8:00 PM Join us at Humble Cow for a sweet fundraiser! School staff will be scooping your favorite flavors, and a portion of sales will support the ORLA PTA’s student and community programs. More info HERE

• Much Ado About Burritos May 19, 5:00-9:00 PM Grab dinner at the Lacey Chipotle and support the ORLA Drama Club! A portion of your purchase will go toward helping our student performers bring future productions to life. Details here!

• hConnect families: If your student is not required to take any of the assessments but you would still like them to participate in any spring assessment, please fill out the following form for each student you wish to have assessed.

A Few Notes From Our ASB:

• Did you know the ORLA Cafe is open for business again? Every Thursday from 3pm-4pm we'll have yummy snacks and drinks for sale! All proceeds go to our ORLA Student Leaders so we can plan more fun events for the ORLA community. 

• Your ORLA Leadership students are currently accepting donations for our upcoming rummage sale.  The sale will be Thursday, May 21st from 3pm-5pm in the ORLA foyer.  There will be snacks, baked goods, and italian sodas available to purchase as well! Donations should be in good condition, no clothes or fabric items please. Example items: Toys, fidgets, books, decorative items etc...Please label items for Mrs. Havens/ASB.
