Registrar/Transcripts
Current ORLA Students
All transcript requests should be made through Schoollinks. This includes transcripts needed for colleges, car insurance, scholarships etc. If you haven't set up your Schoollinks account, please connect with the Counseling Center.
When in School, links go to School> Records Requests. From there, you may download an unofficial transcript or request an official be sent to your desired destination.
NOTE: Final transcripts will be sent to students and colleges at the beginning of July. Colleges are patient for high schools that conclude the school year in late June.
ORLA Alumni
If you previously attended Olympia Regional Learning Academy, go here to request a transcript: Alumni Transcript Request Form.
To pay for an official transcript, please follow this link within the Alumni Transcript Request Form. This will take you to an external payment website. Before leaving the external payment website, you must write down or print the receipt page, then enter the receipt number into the Transcript Request Form.
Please note: The district does not pay to mail transcripts internationally and you are responsible for the cost associated with international mailings.
