Family Access

Skyward, our student information software, allows parents or guardians to access student record information through a feature called Family Access. The site is available at:

To use this website, guardians will need to have access to the internet with an acceptable browser (Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 4.01, Netscape 4.08, or better) which accepts “cookies” and have a user name and password.

How do I sign up for Family Access?

Parents or guardians will need to fill out a registration form and turn it into their school office. Your application will be processed in 3-5 working days. Your login and password will be e-mailed to you. The return address says “no-reply”, sometimes your spam filter will consider this spam, so please check your spam folder.

What if I need assistance?

If you have a questions or problems regarding Family Access, contact the Student Information Office at 360-596-6150. You may also e-mail [email protected]. If you forget your password or feel it has been compromised, let us know and a new one will be issued. DISCLAIMER: Please note: the Olympia School District does not support off-site technology. For equipment, system, or browser support, please consult your computer dealer or software vendor.

Online Payments For Food Services Now Available!

Olympia School District has made adding money to your student’s food service account easy and convenient! We now contract with RevTrak to provide a secure site for making online payments. Parents may add money to student food service accounts, view account balances and see transaction history online.

To Make An Online Payment for Food Services:

  1. Make sure you are signed up for Family Access.

  2. Login to Family Access

  3. Under the General Information tab, select “Food Service”

  4. Select “Make Online Payment” and fill out the required information.

Online payments will immediately be posted to your student’s food service account. Please note for the convenience of making an online payment, a $1.25 fee will be assessed at checkout.
